Firstly, we hope you and your loved ones are well and coping with the turmoil unleashed by COVID-19.
Over the past 48 hours you will probably have received some emails from customers and suppliers, extolling business continuity plans and cloud infrastructure, all of which emphasise remote working from home strategies and the benefits of connectivity and collaboration. All of which provide reassurance.
Here at The Big Ideas Collective we have not had to implement new working strategies. For over 14 years we have been working and collaborating with our clients and suppliers all over the world in just this way.
However, we’re certainly not sitting here feeling smug. These are difficult and uncertain times for us all. Our systems, however, are tried and tested. We are fully set up for online meetings using Microsoft Teams, Slack, Skype and WhatsApp, whenever you require it.
Working from our home offices and studios we are working as normal, and importantly, we are here to help you and your business operate as efficiently and smoothly as you can, to get through this.
There is no doubt that whatever we do and from where, we need to support each other.
The world of business is undergoing a severe shock and more people are considering
- Displaying COVID-19 Policies and guidance for staff, customers and suppliers.
- What can be delivered online, such as training, guides, instructions and FAQs.
- Additional eCommerce solutions to help customers keep purchasing goods.
- Assessing if online platforms like Facebook, Instagram or Mail Chimp might help maintain regular communications.
Despite the inevitable adjustments, we want you and your business to be OK. Please take advice and if you would like to chat around some ideas we are here for that too.
Most importantly, please take care of yourselves.
Best wishes, Jacky and Ned
P.S. We've got a bunch of helpful blogs from Marketing and SEO to AI and a new series featuring Ned's book designing career spanning over 40 years or more, (he forgets)... to browse.
