Jacky said: “I’m delighted that we have achieved the Green Award. The Overall Achiever Award was a huge surprise, I thought I had misheard when they announced my name and, given the caliber and commitment of the other people in the room, it’s a real honour and I’m very grateful.” Hosted by the Yorkshire Energy Partnership the awards were presented by Paul Ellis, CEO of Silsden based Ecology Building Society.
Ruth continued, “The Big Ideas Collective have worked incredibly hard over the last 12 months to go from Silver to Green award; the highest achievable level within Investors in the Environment they have demonstrated a sustained commitment and systematic approach to reducing environmental impacts, and this has paid off: in the last 12 months alone, the Big Ideas Collective have saved an impressive 17% in electricity and a whopping 22% in paper!” Learn more about how we keep it lean and green...
